BOLO ~ **some** Clue games

January 27, 2016 by Kari @ She Thrifts 5 Comments

I think everyone knows that some Monopoly games can sell for a decent amount of money.  I was just doing some research while listing and discovered that there are a few Clue games that sell well too.  As I type the top three themed versions appear to be Harry Potter, Supernatural, and Scooby Doo, but it might be worth looking up others too if you come across them.   Check out completeds here.

Have you had a good board game flip recently?  I’d love to hear about it.

Happy hunting!

~~UPDATE~~ 3:55 p.m.

I wrote this post this morning while researching The Office version of Clue.  It doesn’t sell for as much as the versions above, but my copy sold in only a few hours!  So I’d keep an eye out for it as well:

The Office cluePaid: $4.00, Sold: $42.95 (in just a few hours)

I sold a Settlers of Catan game recently for about $30. There are a few different versions and it is a pricey game to buy new!

I just sold 2 Metal Gear Risk games for $90 each. They were both new. 2 Years ago I couldn’t sell them for anything and took them off. Decided to look them up again before putting them in the garage sale pile. Sure glad I looked them up.

Nice sale Kari!! My hubby purchased 3 vintage sealed Chronicles of Narnia board games for $2.99 each at a Goodwill. One sold for about $45 and the other for about $40. I still have one left. They are not as popular as you need to wait for a collector to come by..but they are worth the wait.
